Insomnia leads to ingenuity when it comes to different activities, ways to distract us from the fact that we cannot sleep. Over the years, G/L has collected various activities that people around them do when they can't sleep. These activities have then been carried out together with different groups between three and five at night, the time of day when it is usually most difficult to stay awake. In an orange light, which does not affect melatonin production, since the brain registers it as darkness, various activities are carried out in silence. G/L provides instructions on when to shift activities and also collects melatonin through participants' saliva.
